 The monthly price of $12,000/month is for an annual lease and includes a full Red Ledges Membership. Shorter stays are also available with a 90-day minimum, but do NOT include Red Ledges membership at $10,000/month + $600/month utility fee. All leases include landscaping and snow removal. Primary bathroom includes heated floors.  Walking distance across the street to the Wellness Center, Resort-style Pool, Golf Park and Racquet Sport Courts.   The an annual lease comes with full Red Ledges membership including world-class amenities for every season.
