OPTION: With at least a 9-month lease and an additional $1,000/month, a Red Ledges membership can be transferred to your name. A full Red Ledges membership includes world-class amenities for every season. Red Ledges offers an award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, Golf Park, ski club, equestrian center, full-service Clubhouse, on-site restaurant, in addition to activities, classes, events, and excursions arranged by Red Ledges Club.

Lease Terms

• Snow removal and landscaping included in base rent.

• Security deposit and 1st month's rent due at signing.
• No smoking. 
• Pets negotiable with additional deposit.
• $500 membership transfer fee upon transfer (subject to change) and $500 at departure.
